Data storage and retention

The core HubSpot products are currently hosted in US-based data centres. Public content is globally distributed through HubSpot’s content delivery network in order to ensure a positive user experience and address potential distributed denial of service attacks and similar threats.

HubSpot’s service is Privacy Shield certified and HubSpot offers a Data Processing Agreement for customers based in Europe. These guarantees are structured to assure the appropriate groups that HubSpot’s data handling processes meet rigorous policy requirements. More information about HubSpot’s privacy program is included in HubSpot’s Privacy Policy and Data Privacy library.

The Interactive Platforms Services are currently hosted by Predli AB in US-based data centres.

We retain personal data for as long as we consider it useful in contacting you about our services and content, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Once we consider it to be no longer useful, or you are considered to be ‘unengaged’ with our ME service, we will securely delete all personal data we hold on you. We will delete this information at an earlier date if you so request.
